Résumé
La chirurgie orthognathique évolue mais repose toujours sur une analyse esthétique soigneuse dont dépendent les indications chirurgicales. La démonstration en sera faite avec l'exemple de quatre cas : une chirurgie maxillaire isolée, une chirurgie mandibulaire associée à une mentoplastie d'harmonisation, deux ostéotomies combinées maxillo-mandibulaires (une asymétrie en classe II et une importante classe III).
Abstract
Orthognathic surgery continues to evolve but still relies on a careful aesthetic analysis on which depends the surgical indications. This will be demonstrated with the example of four cases: an isolated maxillary surgery, a mandibular surgery associated with an harmonization by chin-surgery, two simultaneous maxilla-mandibular osteotomies (a Class II asymmetric and an important Class III).
